Outrigger Guam Becomes Dusit Beach Resort Guam

Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has expanded its management agreement with Guam real estate developers Tanota Partners to take over the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort and adjoining luxury shopping centre, The Plaza. Now re-branded to Dusit Beach Resort Guam, the hotel group also owns Dusit Thani Guam Resort, also linked to The Plaza, which is home to more than 60 boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Located in the heart of Tumon Bay just 15 minutes from Guam’s international airport, Dusit Beach Resort Guam is currently undergoing renovations to showcase a new contemporary look to its 604 rooms, cafes, bars and spa.
