Welcome Winter with the Seasonal Menus at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai

This winter, Pelham’s is shrugging off the cold and celebrating its new Michelin Plate Award with a selection of special seasonal menus, plus the first-ever sharing menu for two to three people and chef’s tasting Michelin menu. Compiled by the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund’s executive chef Alistair Carter, the Sharing Menu is an ode to seasonal ingredients and masterful cooking. Available for RMB1,188, guests can enjoy a six-course selection that includes roasted sea scallops, seared foie gras with Baerii No.1 caviar and crispy truffle corn-fed chicken breast.

In celebration of Pelham’s first-ever Michelin Plate award, executive chef Alistair Carter has also compiled a chef’s tasting menu and Michelin menu, the former of which includes Royal Number One oysters, steamed turbot & rock lobster medallions and a Valrhona chocolate fondant for RMB608 per person.

The seasonal la carte menu, meanwhile, ­features seasonal favourites such as a roasted New Zealand mountain river venison, stockyard black Wagyu medallions M8+ and southern rock lobster.
