Afternoon tea with Diptyque and Intercontinental Hong Kong

Check into the Intercontinental Hong Kong for a Parisian-inspired afternoon tea in collaboration with Diptyque Paris in celebration of the launch of its new Eau Capitale and Paris en Fleur. Inspired by the unique design aesthetic of Maison Diptyque and its Parisian home, Intercontinental Hong Kong’s executive chef Maxime Luvara and executive pastry chef Christian Gonthier have created a Parisian inspired tea set with flavours reminiscent of the City of Light and the new Eau Capitale. 

Savoury Items include crabmeat salad roll with lemon yogurt, Parisian ham and comte cheese tartlet with black truffle while pastries include bergamot tea macaron, Grand Marnier savarin and mandarin tartlet with crunchy meringue along with two samples of Diptyque’s eau de toilette and parfum. The afternoon tea set is available from 6 January-29 February.
