Six Senses Set to Open First Hotel in Cambodia

Set on a 30-acre private tropical island three miles off Ream National Park, Six Senses’ first property in Cambodia, Six Senses Krabey Island, will welcome guests from 1 December.

There are 40 private pool villas at the resort, along with two restaurants, a sunset bar, ice cream parlour and a spa with gym & rooftop yoga pavilion. Other facilities at the renowned Six Senses spa include a crystal water Room, meditation cave and the Alchemy Bar, where guests create their own natural skin care products using local ingredients.

Sustainability initiatives include the resort’s own water bottling plant using glass bottles, the Earth Lab, which tends a 40,000 sqm organic market farm, a coral propagation programme, and supporting of school programmes in nearby villages as well as the introduction of sustainable practices within the local Khmer communities.
