Tesoro Showcases the Best Ways to Eat Truffles

Italian truffle importer Tesoro showcased the best way to enjoy this luxury food item with a tasting and pizza making workshop this March attended by celebrity guests including the first female apprentice jockey in Hong Kong, Sherie Kong, and artist Iva Law. A springtime menu was specially designed for the event, with appetisers including seared scallops with fresh black truffle and white truffle asparagus cream soup. For the main, guests tucked into a pizza created by themselves before ending the meal with ice cream and white truffle honey.

All of Tesoro’s products are made from organic truffles grown in the wild and have no chemical flavourings. Each order is freshly packaged direct from Italy, with a five to seven-day delivery time to Hong Kong.
