Omega Celebrates 60 years of the Speedmaster, Seamaster 300 and Railmaster with Limited Edition Models

In 1957, Omega released three iconic watches set to become classics: the Speedmaster, Seamaster 300 and Railmaster. It has paid tribute to each of these extraordinary timepieces by releasing special 60th anniversary models, each limited to 3,557 pieces.

The first Speedmaster model was the first chronograph wristwatch in the world with its tachymeter scale on the bezel. With its perfect match of the original ’57 tachymetre, the Speedmaster 60th Anniversary Limited Edition 38.6mm stays true to the original design and is powered by the 1861 calibre. The Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial, meanwhile, features lighter indexes plus big hands and numbers for easier reading in various lighting conditions.

Designed for those working close to electrical fields, the Railmaster 60th Anniversary Limited Edition 38mm takes antimagnetic to a whole new level with its Master Chronometer 8806 movement, resisting fields of up to 15,000 gauss. Based on the CK2913, it features a black aluminium bezel and is powered by the Master Chronometer 8806.
