Cunard’s Queen Victoria Returns to Service After Multi-Million Dollar Refurbishment

Cunard’s Queen Victoria recently received a partial refit including an increased choice of staterooms, new Britannia Club dining, a broader and more distinct bar offering and a revamped sun deck.

Her service offering has been brought in line with that of the rest of the fleet and the new design maximises and transforms her deck space to a space akin to a luxury resort roof terrace. More generous seating, enhanced deck furniture, extended shaded areas and al fresco dining options. The Midships Lounge now features a gin and fizz themed menu, including gin served from an old-fashioned spirit tap.

The ship’s public areas have also been refreshed, including the Winter Garden, a relaxed room in deck 9 that now features a statement floor, glass canopy and elegant lounge furniture. Flooded with natural light, the room’s floor to ceiling windows command some of the best views across the ship and out to sea.
