American Airlines Opens Renovated Flagship Lounge at JFK

American Airlines debuted its newly-renovated Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining at New York John F. Kennedy International Airport this May.

It is expanding access for Flagship Lounges to include Business Class customers travelling on qualifying international and transcontinental flights. The renovated and larger Flagship Lounge at JFK allows those customers pre-flight access to quiet rooms, individual work pods and showers. A buffet, a la carte dining menu and dishes from the chef’s table can be paired with wine, Champagne or a drink from the “make your own cocktail” station.

Customers travelling in First Class on qualifying international and transcontinental flights will also have exclusive access to Flagship First Dining, located within the Flagship Lounge. The sit-down restaurant experience will offer customers complimentary, full-service dining with locally-inspired menus.

In addition to JFK, new or renovated Flagship Lounges are planned for Chicago O’Hare, Dallas Fort Worth, Los Angeles, London Heathrow, Miami and Philadelphia.
