Maison Perrier-Jouët unveils the ‘Garden of Wonder’

Paying homage to Perrier-Jouët’s century-long love affair with the arts and its deep‐seated passion for nature, French prestige champagne house Perrier‐Jouët has unveiled the ‘Garden of Wonder’, a series of artistic andexquisite champagne experiences at The Conrad Poolside, in Pacific Place, Hong Kong.

Open daily, 12pm–8.30pm, until March 26, wine and artaficionados are invited to enjoy the new permanent Cuvée, Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs, for the first time in Asia, and to experience French digital artist Miguel Chevalier’s fascinating video installation entitled ‘Extra Natural’. Guests can also register for private tasting sessions to enjoy a variety of exclusive cuvees, led by the Maison’s brand ambassadors; or join one of the Flower Pressing Workshops, inspired by the brand’s first artistic collaboration with the Master of Art Nouveau, Emile Galle, who designed Perrier‐Jouet’s iconic anemone flower. Champagne ‘Happy Hours’ will run daily from 5pm–7pm, with ‘SurpriseChampagne Hours’ hosted, during which the first 50 patrons will enjoy a complimentary glass of Blancde Blancs.

Until the end of May, there will beartistic installations and a Perrier‐Jouët champagne bar at the Conrad Poolside. There is also a specially-curated Perrier‐Jouët champagne dinner pairing menu on offer for a limited time.

Capturing the essence of the Chardonnay grape, the Blanc de Blancs is a vibrant and bright champagne that is unlike any other in the Perrier‐Jouët family. Tinted with a slight hint of green, the pale golden liquescent, captured inside a clear carafe with a tasteful touch of gold, brings to the nose notes of wild hedgerow flowers and citrus fruits; and to the palate tinges of fresh, invigorating lightness.
