Avani Pattaya Resort & Spa Opens

Avani Pattaya Resort and Spa has launched on Pattaya Beach, one of Thailand’s popular beach resort destinations, offering holidaymakers a newly refurbished hideaway with great sea views.

Previously operating as Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa, the 298-room resort has unveiled its refurbished guest rooms, meeting rooms, the Elephant Bar, and Garden Café Restaurant, with the addition of The Pantry, an inviting zone where guests can grab a quick bite or stock up their mini bars.

Avani Sea View and Avani Garden View Rooms, along with the Avani Garden Terrace Suites, have been redesigned to offer an improved use of space and a host of modern comforts, with a neutral colour palette that creates a restful and soothing ambiance.

The tranquil Avani Spa offers a different approach to wellness, focusing on each guest’s individual needs rather than offering only standard treatments. The therapist conducts a consultation with the guest to accurately ascertain what treatment the guest really needs. Treatment options include Rejuvenating Boost treatments, the perfect antidote for travellers suffering from low energy and jet lag; Balance treatments that ground the body, mind and mood; Calm treatments that help release muscle tension; and Purify treatments, offering the perfect detox.

The resort’s Avani Fit focuses on lifestyle elements that promote a healthy body and healthy mind. The 2,000 sqm Fitness Club, with facilities comprising an aerobic studio, a full range of cardiovascular equipment and two floodlit tennis courts, allows guests to keep up their fitness routines whilst on holiday. The club also provides daily exercise classes, including Yoga, Pilates, and Muay Thai boxing.

Located in the heart of Pattaya and overlooking the beach, the resort is minutes away from the city’s hotspots and is connected to Royal Garden Plaza. www.minorhotels.com
