The Zest Opens at Chiang Mai

Five-star luxury North Hill City Resort in Chiang Mai, Thailand, has opened a new signature Italian restaurant concept, The Zest, bringing delectable Italian cuisine to the city’s culinary scene.

The new restaurant, a concept from locally renowned chef Dan Phangngoen, serves up signature dishes, including a sea crab salad with avocado featuring a secret salad dressing; and spaghetti with imported Australian mussels, Hokkaido scallops, prawns, and squid, with a decadent touch of black squid ink sauce.

The restaurant also boasts a range of wines from Italy, France, and Chile, carefully selected by an on-site wine specialist.
