Anantara Offers Free Flowing Krug Champagne Aboard Private Yacht

Sailing lovers on a personally tailored day trip will get a chance to enjoy free flowing Krug champagne brought to their yacht by Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas and Anantara Layan Phuket Resort.

Accommodating up to 12 people, The Krug Cruise offers a fully crewed 90-foot Sunseeker yacht named Major Affair, return transfers to and from the resort and the marina, and a free flowing Krug Champagne served all day long by Anantara’s esteemed Wine Guru.

The Krug Cruise can be tailored to each group’s preference. The captain cruises for up to four hours and anchors according to each group’s whims and pleasures. The waters around Phuket are most recognisable for their limestone karst islands, which can be admired along the coast of Krabi, Railay Bay, and Phang Nga Bay, where James Bond Island from the “The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed.

Venturing south to Koh Phi Phi, the Major Affair can drop anchor for guests to sunbathe on the pristine white sands of uninhabited Bamboo Island, before heading on to visit Hin Klang for snorkelling, experiencing the playful antics of Monkey Beach and seeing the ship drawing of Viking Cave, followed by swimming in “The Beach” film location of Maya Bay.

The 28-metre Sunseeker 90 has been uniquely designed to maximise outdoor space. With a captain and attentive crew, the Major Affair provides a luxurious residence at sea as it features panoramic views, a wet bar, two dining areas, and a swimming platform. Guests can choose between serene and high speed thrills with inflatables, snorkeling equipment, water skis and wakeboards that are all available on board.
