Starwood Opens First Luxury Hotel in Tokyo

Travellers in the capital of Japan can now check into Starwood’s first-ever luxury hotel in the city. Situated in the heart of Kioicho neighbourhood, The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel, offers a stylish retreat marrying modern comfort with culinary delights.

Designed by Rockwell Group Europe, The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho features a striking contemporary aesthetic inspired by the sprawling sky and kaleidoscopic colours of surrounding cities. Located on the 30th to 36th floors of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, the new hotel boasts 250 guest rooms, including 11 luxurious suites fusing traditional touches with modern amenities.

For dining experiences, the new hotel features four unique restaurants and bars, including Oasis Garden, an all-day dining venue with a sky garden setting; Washouku Souten, a Japanese restaurant with a contemporary dining room, a sake bar, a teppanyaki area, and a sushi counter; Levita Sky Gallery Lounge, a sophisticated space serving tea, light snacks and cocktails; and illumiid The Bar, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The hotel also boasts the Kioi spa and fitness centre, which offers a large indoor pool, a range of spa treatments, a sauna, and personal training.
