InterContinental Hong Kong Offers New Parisian Afternoon Tea

InterContinental Hong Kong has partnered with prestigious Champagne house Perrier-Jouët to present the “Belle Epoque” Parisian Afternoon Tea in its Lobby Lounge, perfect from which to enjoy spectacular harbour views.

Available from now until October 31, the new elegant tea set features an array of savoury items, such as Scotland smoked salmon with coriander-coconut pesto, and aged Serrano ham with Lorenzini melon, as well as a selection of Parisian style pastries, including mixed berry pie and rose petal cheese cake. The culinary experience will be paired with Perrier-Jouët’s prestige cuvee, Belle Epoque 2007, along with Mariage Frère Teas from France.

The “Belle Epoque” Parisian Afternoon Tea is priced at HK$1,628 (US$210) for two guests, including a glass of Belle Epoque 2007 per person; or at HK$2,788 (US$360) including a bottle of Belle Epoque 2007.
