Anantara Mui Ne Resort Unveils Dine On The Beach Experience

Looking for the perfect venue for your anniversary or wedding proposal? Anantara Mui Ne Resort, a luxurious gem in Phan Thiet city in Vietnam, has launched a unique dining experience - Dining By Design - on the shores of its sandy beaches.

After selecting a setting and a specially-devised menu prepared by a personal chef, guests can enjoy a candlelit dinner for two in privacy by a shoreline pool, or on a secluded stretch of sand. One of the setting takes its inspiration from local thung fishing boats, small, bowl-shaped basket boats found up and down Vietnam’s coastline.

Guests can feast on a everything from authentic Vietnamese cuisine and Asian flavours to international choices, barbecue and vegetarian fare. In addition to shovelnose lobster sourced offshore, other local specialties include chargrilled Phan Thiet scallops and traditional Mui Ne shrimp rolls with local herbs. The resort’s sommelier is also on hand to present a selection of international wines and champagnes to pair with Dining By Design dishes.

The Dining by Design experience is priced from US$72 per guest, depending on menu options.
