K is for Korean Cuisine

Lovers of Korean cuisine will enjoy an innovative new selection on offer at Harbourside at the InterContinental Hong Kong. One of Hong Kong's popular all-day café, and acclaimed for its elaborate international buffets, Harbourside will be showcasing Korean specialties during the months of June and July, prepared by visiting chefs Eun“Sunny” Sun Na and Jun Sung Sohn from the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX. The guest chefs will present a range of authentic Korean dishes at live action stations in Harbourside for both the lunch and dinner buffets. Guests will have the opportunity to sample the most popular Korean style salads, grilled meats, hot dishes and condiments, along with Korean dessert specialties and seasonal desserts made with fresh apricots & strawberries. Highlights of the menu include hae-mul-gyeo-ja-chae, chilled seafood salad with mustard sauce; jang-jo-lim, beef braised in soy sauce; and teok-gal-bi-gu-I, grilled short rib patties. Look out for unique desserts like the su-jeong-gwa cinnamon punch; and mae-jak-gwahoney cookies. From HK$448 per person (lunch) or HK$868 for dinner.
