A Culinary Journey with Sturia Caviar & Krug Champagne

Presenting a truly exquisite gastronomic marriage, The St. Regis Singapore invites discerning epicureans to a highly exclusive, one-night only six course dinner at its signature restaurant, Brasserie Les Saveurs, showcasing premium Sturia Caviar together with Krug Champagne, on April 15, 2016.


Guests can luxuriate with a bespoke menu of culinary highlights amid classic European elegance, perfectly paired with wonderful Krug Champagne. Borne of the finest grapes aged in naturally seasoned barrels made from 200 year-old oak, Krug Champagne is known for its intense bouquet and delectably complex flavour.


Matched with the selection of Krug Champagnes is a choice of exceptional caviars from Sturia. Hailing from France, Sturia caviar is meticulously selected and sorted by the grain, ensuring an unparalleled level of quality and consistency, embodying sensational texture and a fresh sea-salt taste combined with a natural nutty finish.


Featuring elegantly crafted plates by chef de cuisine Thomas Cruise, each course has been created to highlight the flavour of the unique caviar it accompanies. These include SturiaPrimeur, which is paired with poached Scottish blue lobster, Alaskan crab and mango roulade; and Sturia Origin, matched with Kobe beef, confit of organic egg yolk, smoked aubergine purée and charred onions. These and a host of other delightful flavours are elevated perfectly by an array of champagnes, including Krug Grand Cuveé, Krug Collection 1989 and Krug Rosé.
