Cultural Immersion in Frankfurt

Germany’s first Jumeirah hotel, the Jumeirah Frankfurt has unveiled three new Culturally Connectedpackages that will allow guests to take advantage of the city’s vibrant cultural scene.

The city’s Städel art museum, home to more than 100,000 paintings, sculptures, drawings and prints, celebrates its 200th birthday in 2015, and to mark the occasion, Frankfurt Jumeirah is offering the Art & Culture Package, which includes a one-night stay, daily breakfast at the restaurant Max on One, free entrance to the Städel Museum and the museum guide book. Until June 21, the package also includes admission to the special anniversary exhibition, Monet and the Birth of Impressionism, and temporary exhibitions The 80ies – Figurative Painting in West Germany and Masterworks in Dialogue. Rates for the package start from €269 (US$298) for a deluxe room for two people.

October 3, 2015, marks the 25th anniversary of Germany’s reunification, and Frankfurt will host a massive celebration around the Römer, Paul Square and the Zeil, all of which are within walking distance of the hotel. Guests can experience the festivities with the Unity Day Package, which includes a one-night stay, and breakfast and dinner for two at Max on One, where chefs at the hotel have created a retro three-course menu for the occasion. Guests will also receive a special gift commemorating the reunification. The package is only valid between October 2 and 4, 2015, and starts from €329 (US$365) for a deluxe room for two.

The final experience, the Delicious Apple Package, has been created to honour Frankfurt’s traditional apple wine. The local beverage of choice for over 250 years is celebrated with an offer that includes daily breakfast at Max on One, a complimentary 90-minute apple facial treatment at the Talise Spa, and a special welcome amenity. Additionally, the hotel’s concierge team can help organise other apple-related activities such as the Apple Wine Train, a visit to a local apple farm or a walk through Sachsenhausen. The offer can be booked Fridays through Sundays, and is priced from €399 (US$442) for a deluxe room for two.
