A Return to Paris

After conquering Dubai, Taipei, and Beijing, Parisian chef Yannick Alléno is bringing his STAY restaurant concept back to his hometown with the opening of STAY Paris Le Faubourg at the chic Hotel Sofitel Le Faubourg. STAY (Simple Table Alléno Yannick) is the centerpiece of the hotel’s dining options, all of which are being overseen by Alléno.

A fresh urban experience, STAY Paris Le Faubourg is inspired by the chef’s wide-raging travels and will provide Paris’ gourmands with a adventurous global experience. The new eatery combines French cuisine with international fare with dishes like the “Café Beaubourg” fillet of beef with matchstick fries; a red chicken curry with cardamom rice; and a monkfish cheek tagine.

Diners familiar with other STAY outposts will recognise two of the concept’s trademarks – the Sharing Table and the Pastry Library. The Sharing Table offers intimate groups of six to eight guests the opportunity to socialise over a tailor-made menu matched with exceptional wines, while the innovative Pastry Library gives guests the option to choose indulgent sweet treats – like a hazelnut gavotte or a banana croustillant with candied dates – from a window display at the entrance, and personalise it with their own finishing touch.
