Indulgence in Chengdu

Iridium Spa, the luxurious wellness offering at the St. Regis Chengdu, has introduced a brand new treatment and special tips to encourage holistic wellness for spring.

The latest addition to Iridium Spa’s menu is the Mulberry Detox Journey treatment. The luxurious ritual stars ‘mulberry mud’, which is made by blending mulberry essential oil, organic mulberry extract, walnut kernels, and ginger powder. With the treatment, spaophiles can indulge in a pampering mud wrap, head massage, and bath that incorporates all these fortifying ingredients. The treatment works effectively to draw out the toxins and water that accumulates in the body during winter.

Along with the new treatment, spa director Arunika Ekawati also offers simple, effective tips to help guests maintain their health during spring. These tips include regular exfoliation and moisturising; increased intake of warm water to stay hydrated; and increased vitamin intake – particularly vitamins A, C, E, and K, to nourish skin from the inside.

The Iridium Spa’s new spring offerings bolster the oasis’ existing amenities which include a comprehensive treatment menu, five signature suites, bespoke loungers, steam and sauna rooms, all of which work together to create a unique sensory experience for guests.
