Cognac Pop-Up at HKIA

Martell cognac has launched a pop-up presence at Hong Kong International Airport to coincide with its 300th anniversary. The pop-up space, open until the end of February, offers travellers a multi-sensory introduction to the French cognac house’s ‘art de vivre’ through a showcase of craftsmanship, gastronomy, and tastings, including foie gras matching, personalised Chinese calligraphy, and a collection of bottles, books, and other authentic items from Martell’s archives. At the centre of the showcase is the Martell Premier Voyage, a precious spirit made from 18 eaux-de-vie ranging from 1977 to 1868 aged in 300-year-old oak casks. Also available is the exclusive Martell XO 300th Anniversary Limited Edition. Regular cognac tastings will take place within the space between 10am and 7pm, with foie gras pairings between 11.30am-1.30pm and 6pm-8pm.
