Gourmet Delights at The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong

This November, two of The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong’s exclusive restaurants will host gourmet events that are sure to entice the city’s foodies.

 

Swiss-born three Michelin-starred chef Andreas Caminada will bring his artsy, inventive European fare to the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Tosca, for a sensory journey on November 7 and 8. Caminada will dish up a delicious four-course lunch menu (priced at HK$680/US$88 per person), as well as a six-course dinner (HK$2,780/US$358 per person) and seven-course menu (HK$2,980/US$384 per person). Highlights from Caminada’s menu will include Mackerel with Avocado and Radish; Potato Crème Brulee with Alba Truffle and Nut Butter; and Souffle with Blueberry, Curd Cheese, and Verbene.

 

From November 6 to 8, the private dining rooms of Tin Lung Heen, the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant, will host the sumptuous French-inspired cuisine of Taiwanese chef Lanshu Chen, who has trained with Jean François Piège, Patrick Pignol, and Pierre Hermé. Chen will be dishing up degustation menus that showcase her strong aesthetics and love for details in dishes like Slow-Cooked Beef Tongue with Jerky, Corn Consommé, and Almond Tofu; Oyster and Pearl with Lemon Butter and Turnip; and Main Lobster with Cauliflower, Makuay Peppercorn, and Pomelo. The six-course lunch menu is priced at HK$988 (US$127) per person, while the eight-course dinner menu is HK1,888 (US$243) per person.
