Café Grey Brings Back Favourites

Café Gray Deluxe, the sophisticated eatery at Hong Kong’s The Upper House hotel, is celebrating the hotel’s fifth anniversary this October by revisiting its classic dishes. At the helm of the October Menu Revisit is chef Gray Kunz, who will oversee the creation of the restaurant’s favourite plates.

 

For the special occasion, Café Gray will be serving specialties like Cab Bisque, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheese Spätzle with Red Wine Sauce; Bibb Lettuce Mint Raita; and Barbecue Quail and Red beet Salad. Sweet treats include the popular Hazelnut Crème Brûlée, and Chocolate Rum Toast with Rum Raisin Ice Cream.

 

Dishes for the October Menu Revisit will change each Wednesday during the month, and is complemented by a list of all-time bar favourites which includes drinks like the Sauvignon Cooler, the Sunflower, the Reach Around, and the Elderflower Collins. www.cafegrayhk.com
