A Feast of Celebrations

To celebrate the first anniversary of its popular Sunday Market Brunch at Feast Restaurant, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort has brought in chef Rinrin Marinka, host of Cooking in Paradise and judge of MasterChef Indonesia, to create two exclusive, original dishes to shake up the restaurant’s brunch menu.

The first dish is the sumptuously rich Walnut Crusted Bee, a thick cut of tenderloin steak coated with a mixture of Dijon mustard and toasted walnut, and served with a creamy sauce of onion, garlic, and shallots. For the sweet-toothed, the decadently indulgent Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Moose and Fruits is a can’t miss. As the name suggests, the sweet concoction features heavy lashings of chocolate, and a variety of seasonal fruits. As well as trying the dishes at the restaurant, guests can recreate them at home using the take-home printed recipes, or the ‘recipe packages’ that have all the ingredients ready to go.

The Sunday Market Brunch at Feast is available between 12pm and 3pm each weekend, and features a host of live stations dishing up authentic global cuisine and local tapas and small bites. The brunch is priced at IDR333,000 (US$28) per adult, and includes fresh fruit juices, coffee, and tea, or for an additional IDR250,000 (US%21), locally-crafted beers, fine wines, and signature cocktails.
