Learning to Share

W Singapore - Sentosa Cove has created the Get Together at The Chef's Table, a unique social dining experience at The Kitchen Table.  Chef Matthew Woolford will lead the culinary team at the W Singapore to curate refreshing themed lunches to tantalise the palates of nine diners every third Saturday of the month.

“Growing up in Australia, I enjoyed chatting to other diners at the next table and sharing our favourites.  I would leave with the feeling that I have new memories to rediscover the taste of food I loved,” says Woolford. “I want to share this and allow diners to experience food the way that I do, with the opportunity to interact with others. Get Together at The Chef's Table brings about just that – a group of open and like-minded diners who are looking for something different as opposed to the traditional restaurant experience.”

This month, look out for a Street Feast that showcases the culinary treasures of Singapore, from Moh-Cane-Toh and Dizzy Ice Kacang cocktails, W's interpretations for the Mojito and Ice Kacang, through to chili crab, wok fried cereal prawns, sambal inspired squid, and Alaskan crabmeat popiah. The lunch menu is available for nine pax at SD$50 (US$40) per person.
