The Principal to Host New Guest Chef

As part of its ongoing guest chef program, Hong Kong’s The Principal is hosting rising culinary talent Julien Royer, chef de cuisine of JANN at Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore, on September 10 and 11, 2014. Over just two nights, Hong Kong foodies will be able to enjoy Royer’s innovative take on modern French cuisine as he presents an eight-course dinner menu bursting with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Dishes on Royer’s two-nights-only menu will include snacks like Lentil Hummus and Cereal Crackers; and larger dishes like the 55’Organic Egg with Smoked Potato, Chorizo Iberico, and Buckwheat; Miso Trout with Kagoshima Pork, Kabu, and Parsley; and Hay-Roasted Bresse Pigeon with Corn, Bread, and Liquorice.

Royer’s exclusive eight-course menu is priced at HK$1,400 (US$181) per person, and an option wine pairing can be added for an extra HK$700 (US$90). Call +852 2563 344 for reservations.
