Rosewood Offers New Culinary Experiences

Creating a sense of a destination’s culture and history in each property is the philosophy driving the A Sense of Place initiative by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and to further that philosophy, the hotel group has debuted its new signature culinary program, A Sense of Taste. Through this, guests are offered a range of culinary journeys and experiences at Rosewood properties around the world.

A Sense of Taste takes three approaches to dining. With Epicurean Encounters, guests can enjoy private, guided tours in Rosewood destinations that offer access to local culinary experiences like diving for Lobsters at Rosewood Little Dix Bay; learning to make cheese at Rosewood Hotel Georgia; or deep-sea fishing in the Red Sea at Rosewood Corniche in Jeddah. Bespoke Dining allows guests to indulge in one-in a lifestyle bespoke private dining experiences in exclusive locations on and off Rosewood properties. Whether it’s in wine cellars and desert tents; gourmet picnics at Vancouver’s Stanley Park; or romantic fireside dinners at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, guests will feast on specially-tailored culinary extravaganzas.

The final part of the A Sense of Taste experience is Partners in Provence, which sees Rosewood chefs source artisanal ingredients to feature on their menus. Through partnerships with local farms and purveyors, guests will enjoy fresh, seasonal local produce including meat from resident farms and fish line-caught in an ethical, sustainable manner.
