A Combination of Craftsmanship

Luxury Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller may be known for its exquisite timepieces, but with the launch of a new concept in Hong Kong, they’re making a foray into the city’s dining scene. Located on the second floor of Maison Franck Muller, the space largely used to display the brand’s traditional wares, is Francesco by Franck Muller, a chic new eatery in Causeway Bay.

The restaurant serves an unique fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisine which boasts a modern spin on traditional dishes. Signature dishes here include the Sashimi Octupus Salad; the Waguy Oxtail Stew; Linguini Topped with Scallops Au Gratin; and Baked French Chicken Casserole. To satisfy those with a sweet tooth, the restaurant’s pastry chef creates a sumptuous selection of fresh, traditional pastries every day.

The restaurant’s interior is an amalgamation of chic yet playful designs and shades that heavily references Franck Muller’s Colour Dreams collection.
