Alain Ducasse Returns to Spoon

Internationally acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse will return to his two-Michelin star restaurant Spoon at the InterContinental Hong Kong on Thursday, July 3rd, for an exclusive Gala Dinner. The evening will kick-off at 7pm with a Champagne Reception hosted by Ducasse, before guests sit down to a sumptuous six-course dinner at 8pm.

Specially created for the evening by Spoon’s executive chef Philippe Duc, the six-course meal will showcase the restaurant’s contemporary French cuisine. Inspired by Ducasse, the dishes at Spoon use his refined French culinary techniques and the freshest seasonal ingredients. Guests will be treated to a meal featuring Chilled tomato soup with fresh almond-basil; Wild red shrimp with delicate gelée; Steamed cod fillet and local caviar; Farmed veal with griolle mushrooms, romaine lettuce and new potatoes; Fontainebleau fresh cream cheese and raspberries served in a warm raspberry juice; and a Dark chocolate-apricot composition.
