Indigenous Journeys with Ila Spa

Running from November 10-17, this unique inaugural retreat, designed exclusively by ila for Mustique, located west of Barbados in the Caribbean, will offer guests who are used to nothing but the best, precisely that… a highly personalised experience tailored to specific individual or group needs.

Those on the retreat, will start the week with a personal Wellness Consultation and continue with a tailored programme of ila treatments, yoga, sound healing, meditation tuition, sporting activities such as Nordic walking and paddle boarding and other wellness activities. Throughout the week a mouth- watering and cleansing menu of rejuvenation spa cuisine, will be prepared by  personal chefs.

Guests can stay in a luxury ocean view suite at the colonial style hideaway, The Cotton Hous or choose from a selection of the most astonishing villas in the world where anything from a barefoot beachside bolthole to a 10 bedroom uber villa with multiple swimming pools set in acres of lush tropical gardens is available.
