Grand Cru Event at InterCon HK



InterContinental Hong Kong’s one Michelin star Cantonese restaurant Yan Toh Heen will present an exclusive dinner on May 23, at which guests will be the first few to preview Moët & Chandon’s Grand Vintage 2006 and the champagne house’s latest Grand Vintage Collection over a six-course gourmet Cantonese dinner created by Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai. As of May 1st, Yan Toh Heen will be one of the first venues in Hong Kong to have this new Grand Vintage available on its wine list. Priced at HK$1,988 per person, the Grand Vintage Wine Dinner will include a personal introduction by Arnaud Mirey, brand ambassador for Moët & Chandon Asia Pacific, of the new 2006 vintage and the new Grand Vintage Collection, and guests will receive a complimentary bottle of Moët & Chandon’s latest release, Grand Vintage 2006, signed by Arnaud Mirey. Diners will also have the opportunity to try the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection 1985; the Rose Impérial; and the Grand Vintage Rose 2000 over a menu that will include chilled Lobster with hybrid Caviar; grain-fed beef served in two styles; and chilled mango pudding with Oolong tea ice cream.
