Sweet Journeys Ahead



Heralding of the arrival of spring, French gourmet chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin has created a delectable new spring high tea set, Voyage de Printemps, and an inspired new brunch menu, Voyage Ensoleillé, each available at his Hong Kong outlets and incorporating an exclusive range of Jean-Paul Hévin branded gourmet products.

Available until April 20, Voyage de Printemps features both sweet and savoury selections, guaranteed to appeal to guests with discerning taste and a true appreciation of chocolate. Priced at HK$368 (US$47) for two people, the high tea set includes deliciously moist French imported fruit cake, bonbons (orange polka dots featuring mandarin milk chocolate ganache with milk chocolate coating), macarons, mendiants, orangettes, and a basket of bread served with the brand’s signature honey acacia and apricot jam. Savoury touches include fresh tomato gazpacho, tropically inspired mango salsa with shrimp, and smoked salmon and avocado sandwiches.

For those who prefer brunch, the new Voyage Ensoleillé menu is a light and healthy choice.
