Framing the Lights

Wild Photography Holidays have late availability for their Landscapes and Wildlife photography workshop in Scotland's Inner Hebrides. The romantic isle of Islay is a photographer's dream location. Working with pro shooter and tutor Niall Benvie, participants will learn how to create, capture and develop a fine portfolio of unusual and well-crafted images. There may also be an opportunity to photograph the northern lights as the Hebrides are ideally situated and have especially low light pollution. Highlights of the journey include photographing seals in Portnahavenharbor as well as the thousands of barnacle geese wintering on the island, exploringrock formations in Saligo bay, and learning how to paint with light. The trip starts at GBP1,385 (US$2,280) per person, twin share.
