For five days in February a culinary switch up will take place in the kitchen of the award-winning W Retreat & Spa Bali’s Starfish Bloo restaurant. The pan-Asian eatery, best known for its premier local seafood, delicious signature creations and picturesque backdrop of Seminyak’s sandy beachfront will play host toMichelin star and multiple award-winning chef Dallas Cuddy.The Australian born chef from The Prime Society in Singapore has worked in The Point’s kitchen in Melbourne and Nobu, London, while his resume boasts foodie mentors like Gordon Ramsay and Ian Curley.
 
Dallas’ signature style focuses on seasonal produce presented with a modern Japanese twist. Dallas will offer four dining experiences from Starfish Bloo’s open-air kitchen. For those wanting to experience Dallas’ cuisine during the day, a three-course lunch menu will be on offer from Wednesday February 5 to Saturday February 9, 2014. To witness food and wine matching at its finest, a five course-tasting menu matched to wine will also be available from Wednesday to Saturday and on Friday night a five course wine dinner will be available in ICE Bar. www.wretreatbali.com
