Qantas Launches Business-Friendly Loyalty Program

Australia’s national carrier, Qantas, has announced the launch of a new brand loyalty program which will provide more rewards and benefits for the small and medium enterprises (SME) market. From March 2014, the new program, named Aquire, will allow all Australia-based SME businesses to earn points through everyday transactions, which can also be converted to Qantas points for individual Qantas Frequent Flyer members.

Businesses can earn Aquire points through travel on Qantas flights, as well as through transactions with soon-to-be announced partners across financial services, professional services, vehicle hires, and other business expenses. The program will offer a range of options on conversion of Aquire points to Qantas points, including gifts to employees, flights, flight upgrades, and items from the Qantas store. This is the latest push by Qantas in its commitment to being the best for business travel. The airline is already noted for having the best domestic on-time performance, a comprehensive network with business-friendly frequency of flights, and award-winning service.

To celebrate the launch of Aquire, Qantas has announced a special early bird pre-registration offer. All eligible domestic and international Qantas flights booked and travelled between December 1, 2013 and February 28, 2014 will be awarded 500 Aquire points per flight.
