Indulge in a Chocolate Dining Experience at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong

The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is collaborating with master Swiss chocolatier Lindt on a brand new six-course interactive chocolate dining experience at the world’s highest Chef’s Table. The exclusive culinary indulgence will be available between November 18, 2013 and February 28, 2014.

Created exclusively for the collaboration, the six-course menu allows guests to sample four different chocolate varieties, each of which have been paired perfectly with a range of seafood and meat based dishes.

Diners will start with a series of amuse-bouches crafted from Lindt chocolate, including a concoction of chocolate, quail egg toast, and black truffle. The 90 percent dark chocolate is paired with a duck confit ravioli with egg yolk, cauliflower mousse, chocolate vile and truffle essence; while the 85 percent dark chocolate beautifully complements a pan-fried foie gras with chocolate, endive puff pastry, Sauternes, baby sorrel, and golden raisin. A heavy dish of braised Korubuta pork belly with almond foam, chocolate balsamic and potato fondue is paired with the robust 99 percent dark chocolate. The sumptuous food is complemented with an intimate setting and stunning views over Victoria Harbour.
