Crown Resorts Appoints Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi as Culinary Directors

Internationally renowned restaurateurs Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi have been appointed Crown Resort’s Culinary Directors for the next three years, roles which will see them revamp all menus across Crown Hotels, Events, and Conferencing. The two chefs will collaborate on a new premium banquet menu, redevelop in-room dining at Crown Towers, and provide guidance and training at Crown’s Culinarium, the training restaurant.

Commenting on the appointment, Neil Perry stated “I’m very excited to be working with Crown, the very best hotels in Australia to ensure that the room service and banquet offering is as world-class as the hotels. Working with and in the culinary training institute is going to be another wonderful opportunity to help support our great industry.” Similarly, Guillaume Brahimi said, “Crown has become one of the most exciting restaurant destinations in Australia, and the Crown Hotels are the benchmark for all leading hotels in Asia Pacific.”

Both Perry and Brahimi will continue to oversee the Crown restaurants with which they are already involved, including Rockpool Bar and Grill, Bistro Guillaume, Rosetta, Spice Temple, and Silks.
