New Culinary Sensation for Abu Dhabi

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi has unveiled Rhodes 44, its intimate new signature restaurant. The eatery is the city’s first by Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gary Rhodes, and is a culinary melting pot of western and Arabian influences.

The menu is full of Rhodes’ reinventions of classic British and European dishes, which have been punched up with touches borrowed from Middle Eastern cuisine. Highlights on the menu include the watermelon, feta and almond salad; the Asian-inspired seared sumac and pistachio king praws; and the pan-friend salmon with flageolet beans. For those wanting a taste of traditional British fare, the ‘Daily British Classic’ menu features staples like steak and kidney pudding, sticky toffee pudding, and strawberry Eton mess.

Guests have the option of dining inside the colourful restaurant, or alfresco in the expansive garden terrace, and for special gatherings, the restaurant also has two private dining rooms with ample lounge space.
