Vana Belle Resort Introduces Creative Dining Concept

Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection resort on Thailand’s Koh Samui island, has unveiled an innovative new dining option for guests. The Creative Dining concept allows guests to order from a specially-crafted menu and enjoy the meal at any location in the resort.

Billed as an extension of the classic in-room dining experience, the Creative Dining initiative is designed to give guests the opportunity to enjoy a great meal while relaxing in their accommodation or enjoying aspects of the resort, such as the secret pond, or the white sands of Chaweng beach.

The Creative Dining menu features a range of Asian and Thai-inspired dishes like spicy pomelo salad and pla thord sam ros (fried sea bass fillet with sweet and sour chilli sauce) as well as international fare like the beef tenderloin burger with traditional fixings and steak fries; for dessert guests can choose from treats like lemon ricotta cheesecake with wild berries or seasonal tropical fruits.
Children are also catered to, with a special selection of kid-friendly options which will please even the pickiest of eaters. Tempt your tots with dishes like the penne pasta with smoked chicken, mushroom, and herb cream sauce, or the mini beef tenderloin burger.

An extensive drinks list is part of the Creative Dining experience, and guests can unwind with a speciality cocktail like the Golden Storm, made with Mekong rum, lime juice, ginger and vanilla coconut syrup, or the Top on Hill which consists of tequila, blue curacao, guava juice, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour.
