The Fullerton Singapore to Offer Complimentary Heritage Tours

As part of its efforts to conserve and showcase its unique history, The Fullerton Singapore has launched two specially curated heritage tours, complimentary for guests of The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Each tour offers an insider’s look at the historical points of interests in the area, and to ensure a personalised experience, groups are strictly limited to 12 people.
The Fullerton Heritage Guided Tour allows guests to explore the historic nature of The Fullerton Hotel. Guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the hotel’s famous landmarks such as the former main entrance of the General Post Office, the Post Bar, the Straits Room, and The Lighthouse – the hotel’s Italian restaurant which used to house a beacon that guided ships safely to shore between 1958 and 1979. Tours run on Monday and Thursday from 10am and Saturdays from 5pm.
The Maritime Journey Guided Tour takes guests through the historically significant area around The Fullerton Bay Hotel, what is now called the Marina Bay Waterfront. Guests will learn why buildings like Clifford Pier, Customs House and The Fullerton Waterboat House were so intrinsic to Singapore’s development, and why they were deemed important enough to be so carefully conserved. The Maritime tours run on Fridays from 5pm and Sundays at 10am.

To reserve your place on one of these tours, please contact the concierge at the relevant hotel.
