Culinary Encounters



Park Hyatt Saigon has created three carefully crafted cooking classes focusing on authentic Italian dishes, grilling steaks to perfection and baking the best desserts. These cooking classes will be a unique opportunity to work with, and learn from, the experts themselves on how to produce tasty food at home.

Intimate groups of five to eight people will be working together to enjoy the fruits of their labour and learn kitchen tips and tricks using the best ingredients. Executive sous chef Marco Torre offers Italian classics, featuring long-established homemade pizza and pasta recipes; chef de cuisine of Square One Soren Lascelles, raises the steaks showcasing how to cook premium prime cuts from Australian Wagyu and Angus to US Prime Beef along with matching red wines for each grade; while pastry chef Bertrand Sommereux designs a sweet journey to teach the art of truffles, cupcakes and tarts.
