The Bostonian to Hold Hong Kong’s Ultimate Oyster Experience

From April 22 to 28, The Langham Hong Kong will be putting on an extravagant oyster experience at its American-style restaurant, The Bostonian.

Michael Filippidis, oyster expert and managing director of Seafood Exporters Australia, will be flying in from South Australia to share his expertise and passion for oysters during the week-long event.
The Oyster Flight, featuring a half-dozen freshly shucked oysters and a glass of white wine for $198, will be a great way for the uninitiated to sample this exotic seafood.

For oyster aficionados, the A Night of Oysters and Wine event on April 25 is not to be missed. The Langham’s Executive Chef, Mark Bannon, will be serving up a five-course oyster themed dinner paired with a range of sauvignon blanc
