Australia’s Lizard Island to Host Exclusive Food & Wine Event

Australia’s Lizard island will hold a gourmet food and wine experience for just 80 guests from May 24 to 26.

A collaboration between Qantas epiQure, Wolf Blass and Lizard Island, the event’s highlights includes a six-course dinner by Neil Perry, one of Australia’s most influential chefs, and a wine masterclass by vigneron Wolfgang Blass, the man behind the Wolf Blass wine label.
Perry’s indulgent dinner will be inspired by the menu at Rosetta Ristorante, his recently-opened Melbourne eatery. Blass will also be on-hand to take guests through his selection of six rare Wolf Blass wines, all of which will have been handpicked to match each course.
Packages start from $4,718, which includes return flights between Cairns and Lizard Island, accommodation, and all events during the weekend.
