W Taipei to Host Guest Chef Masahiko Saito

Take a gastronomic journey as the W Taipei showcases Tokyo Temptations, authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by guest chef Masahiko Saito from March 14-31 at the Kitchen Table Restaurant.

Saito, head chef of Mai Japanese Restaurant at the Westin Tokyo, has over 30 years of culinary experience and will entice guests with an extensive selection of traditional and innovative Japanese dishes.  Choosing fresh, in-season ingredients, Saito’s menu will feature simple dishes that highly the food’s natural tastes and textures. Working with local ingredients, Saito has designed lunch and dinner menus comprising of excellent nigiri and maki sushi, sashimi, soups and salads, tempura, shabu shabu, items from the grill and work, specialties and desserts.
