Accor Opens in Myanmar

Accor Hotels is developing three new hotels in Myanmar - an MGallery in Nay Pyi Taw, the Novotel Yangon Max, and the Novotel Mandalay Mingalar, the first of which will be completed by the end of the year. The upscale MGallery hotel in Nay Pyi Taw will have 168 rooms, a grand ballroom, four meeting rooms, a cigar bar and two restaurants. Opening this year, it will be located 15 minutes from the City and Gem Museum, and 20 minutes from the International Airport. The Novotel Yangon Max will be completed by the end of 2013, while Novotel Mandalay Mingalar is due to open in 2015.

Both hotels will have some 300 rooms, along with restaurants, meeting rooms and fitness facilities.
