Cooking With the Stars

This year InterContinental Hong Kong continues its popular series of Cooking with the Culinary Stars classes, giving guests and visitors alike the opportunity to learn to cook with the celebrated chefs from InterContinental Hong Kong’s diverse restaurants, which include the two Michelin-starred Spoon by Alain Ducasse, one-starred Yan Toh Heen and one-starred The Steak House Winebar & Grill restaurants, as well as the NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong.

The Cooking Classes cover everything from classic cooking techniques and essentials to specialty and seasonal dishes. The hotel’s chefs will showcase their diversity in international cuisine including French, Japanese, Cantonese and American and both modern and traditional techniques. Each class includes lunch featuring the dishes from the class, plus wine-pairing. In addition, the hotel is introducing a Baking Club this year, with hands-on learning under the guidance of Spoon's new pastry chef Jerome Husson. Cooking with the Culinary Stars classes are 2.5 hours long and start from HK$1,488 per person.
