Nobu Comes Home

World renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be overseeing a special dinner service at his signature restaurant within the Intercontinental Hotel in Hong Kong on the nights of December 7 and 8. Expect new creations on the eight-course omakase set menu and Chef Nobu’s favourite pairing sakes including three variations of daiginjo, a light, complex and fragrant premium sake brewed with very highly polished rice and labour intensive methods. Reservations for the menu are now being taken, priced at HK$1,588 per head.
