New Seasonal Menus aboard Dragonair



Air-carrier Dragonair has unveiled several new additions to its first and business class menus, available on flights between Hong Kong and Beijing or Shanghai until Decemnber 15. Crab roe dishes, typically cooked with other seafood ingredients, have been overhauled by the airline’s catering team to include ingredients such as angel hair pasta, beef cheek and Berkshire pork. Meanwhile six new healthy hot pot rice dishes will also be available to passengers at the front of the plane, featuring ingredients like tangerine peel, gingko nut, yam and cordyceps fungi, all oozing with nutritional benefits. www.dragonair.com
