To welcome the porcini mushroom season, Chef de Cuisine Vittorio Lucariello has tailored an impeccable five-course degustation dinner menu, on offer at Tosca at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong September 3-30, which showcases the distinctive flavour and aroma of this sought-after treasure from the forests of Italy.

 

Highlights from the menu include slow-cooked Mediterranean lobster with porcini mushrooms, pomegranate and orange; and homemade chestnut tagliatelle with wild boar and porcini mushrooms ragout. The porcini degustation menu is priced at HK$1,600 + 10 percent per guest. www.ritzcarlton.com
