Taste Session

Café Gray Deluxe, the elegant fine dining restaurant at Hong Kong's Upper House, has collaborated with leading British luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand Jo Malone this summer to take guests on a scented journey to discover cocktail and fragrance in a new, refreshing way. The two brands will work together on an exclusive cocktail and fragrance appreciation workshop available until August 11, 2012.

This season, escape in style with Lime Basil & Mandarin, the ideal travel companion. With theme ingredients of lime, basil and citrus, the workshop starts with a presentation by Yvonne Cheung, Chef Sommelier of Café Gray Deluxe, together with a fragrance consultation by a Jo Malone Stylist. Guests will discover and create their own cocktail and fragrance combinations, an experience uplifted by Jo Malone’s signature scent – Lime, Basil and Mandarin, which is timelessly elegant, refreshing and additively zesty. In addition the Jo Malone stylist will introduce guests to the art of fragrance combining to create their own bespoke combination. Workshops are HK$650 per person and will be held on August 2, 4, 9 & 11. www.upperhouse.com
